Terms and Conditions

Questoro provides its Reddit Brand Advocacy service: contextually relevant mentions and comments about your business, placed by real Reddit creators within our network, produced and managed by Questoro in line with the tone of voice agreed with you (see clause 6).

A "mention" is a contextually relevant reference to your business posted by a Reddit creator. The scope, targeting, volume, and any additional deliverables of your package are confirmed with your manager before the order starts and may be detailed in a separate brief.

Pricing is individual for each client. There is no fixed public price list: the package, its deliverables, and its price are prepared and provided to you by your Questoro manager based on your niche, goals, and volume. The price and scope confirmed by your manager and stated on your invoice are the ones that apply to your order.

Each monthly cycle is invoiced in advance. The service for a cycle begins once payment for that cycle is confirmed. Subsequent cycles are invoiced on the same terms unless a different package or price is agreed with your manager in writing before the next cycle starts.

We guarantee each comment for three (3) days from the moment it is placed. If a comment is removed within three days of placement, we will replace it at no extra cost. A comment that passes moderation and stays live for three days is considered delivered in full.

After the three-day period, removal of a comment may result from actions of moderators, platform decisions, or other circumstances that Questoro cannot control. Such removals are outside the guarantee and do not entitle you to a replacement or refund. The three-day guarantee applies per comment.

Payments for subscription cycles are non-refundable. We work with real, independent creators: once your payment is confirmed, tasks may be sent to creators immediately, and we reserve creators for your campaign for the full month. Because this capacity is committed to you as soon as the cycle starts, a refund is not possible within a paid month.

This does not affect our delivery obligations: everything included in a paid cycle will be delivered, and any comment covered by the three-day guarantee (clause 3) will be replaced if removed within the guarantee period.

Orders run in monthly cycles. Unless cancelled, a subscription may continue for successive monthly periods on the same terms.

You may cancel at any time by written notice to your manager or to hello@questoro.io (email is sufficient). You are free to simply not extend your subscription for the next month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle: no new cycle is started after it, and nothing further is charged.

To avoid being charged for the next month, your cancellation notice must reach us before the next cycle begins. While the subscription remains active, each new cycle is invoiced and payable on the agreed terms. If a new cycle has already started or been invoiced at the time of cancellation, the fee for that cycle remains due and is non-refundable (see clause 4).

All deliverables of the current paid cycle will still be completed in full: mentions that are paid for but not yet delivered will be delivered, and work in progress will be finished before the engagement closes. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid cycle (see clause 4).

Questoro follows the tone of voice agreed with you and ensures that mentions of your business are responsible, honest, and appropriate to the context in which they appear.

Before a campaign begins, you may review and approve the tone of voice and messaging guidelines. You may also raise comments on the approved tone of voice at any time, and the tone of voice can be improved during the engagement: we will brief our creators accordingly. Approval of the tone of voice is the basis on which mentions are produced.

Creators may modify the tone of voice slightly, because they are real people with their own writing styles and opinions. This natural variation is what keeps mentions authentic and is not a deviation from the agreed tone of voice.

Creators never claim untrue things. They may research your product or service themselves before posting, so that their comments reflect a genuine, informed view. Questoro does not publish untrue information, false or fabricated facts, or misleading claims of any kind.

Reddit creators are real, independent people. Questoro briefs and guides them and works to keep mentions on-tone and responsible, but we cannot control the exact wording, opinions, timing, or actions of any individual creator, nor the reactions of the wider Reddit community or any platform moderation decision.

Our obligation is to use reasonable professional effort to deliver the agreed mentions in line with the approved tone of voice, backed by the three-day guarantee in clause 3. We do not guarantee specific phrasing by any single creator, specific third-party engagement, or any particular business outcome.

You confirm that the information you provide about your business is accurate and that promoting your business does not infringe the rights of any third party or applicable law. You are responsible for your own products, services, and claims made on your website or in materials you approve.

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. This clause survives termination of any order.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. To the extent permitted by law, Questoro's total liability in connection with an order is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the cycle in which the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on questoro.io at the date an invoice is issued applies to that cycle. Changes do not apply retroactively to cycles already paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
